年譜

1974年カレーハウス【ボルツ】渋谷1号店の企画・開発・店舗デザイン。
1976年ゆであげスパゲティ専門店【洋麺屋五右衛門】渋谷1号店の企画・開発・店舗デザイン。
1980年日本レストラン開発（株）を設立。
味の中華【羽衣】銀座店の企画・開発・内装設計。
1983年米軍横須賀キャンプ＆座間キャンプ内のレストラン運営コンサルタント。
1985年玉川高島屋のフーズシティー、地下食料品街の改装アドバイス。
従来の無個性な惣菜屋から「飲食店が物販を行うモデル」へ進化させる。
1986年【すぐに役立つ飲食店計数管理の基礎講座】を「週刊ホテルレストラン」にて連載。
（のちに、著書として販売。）
1987年「日本アール・ビー開発（株）」に社名改称。
1988年【すぐに役立つ飲食店の実務と管理】出版。
1990年二子玉川タイムスパーク開発プロジェクトにて、コンサルタントを行う。
「ナムコ・ワンダー・エッグ」やお城のレストラン「モルツクラブ」などを企画。
1992年二子玉川タイムスパーク、グランドオープン。
1993年箱根小涌園こどもの村リニューアル企画案作成。
等々力における複合ドライブインレストラン、和食【永谷園】、洋食【シズラー】のコンサルタント。
1996年梅ヶ丘【寿司の美登利】二子玉川高島屋店の企画設計。
1998年梅ヶ丘【寿司の美登利】銀座コリドー街店の企画開発。
2000年東京駅名店街リニューアル企画の立案および実施。
新旧の店舗入れ替えのほか、「ラーメン激戦区」などの話題のコーナーも開設。
2001年JR東急目黒「atre」、JR上野「atre」、JR恵比寿「atre」のコンサルタント。
2002年上野atreにて、皇室貴賓室跡に仏料理「銀座レカン」、駅ビル初の24時間営業店ラーメン「一蘭」を企画・誘致。
